Marian Pasko, CPL

CEO

Marian Pasko has managed oil and gas portfolios since 2007. Her experience in the industry ranges from negotiating surface agreements in the field to senior land manager duties for publicly traded E&P companies to the VP of land for a privately owned oil and gas firm overseeing 1,000+ non operated wells and associated leasehold. 

She is dedicated to assisting private owners, non-profits and non-operators navigate the complex, often confusing terminology, documentation, and business practices that are commonplace and necessary for oil and gas development so they can make an informed decision about how to best optimize their assets. Her goal is to manage client’s portfolios with the same expertise major oil and gas companies deploy to manage their assets.

Danielle Scott, CPL

COO

Danielle Scott is an AAPL Certified Professional Landman, who graduated from Texas Tech University with dual majors in Petroleum Landman Management and Marketing from TTU’s Rawls College of Business.

Danielle has well-rounded, diverse Land Management experience within the energy industry where she has worked the majority of her 20 year career in subsurface and surface oil and gas operations where she led landowner and joint venture negotiations, managed the complex land strategy for multi-billion dollar projects, and project managed multi-million dollar acquisitions and divestitures. Danielle has unique Land experience working many different regions within the US including onshore in the Rockies and Mid-Continent, Deepwater Gulf of Mexico, and even the New York State area in offshore wind.
